Tennis Court Rules and Regulations
• Skateboards, skates or bikes are not allowed in the tennis court area.
• Only homeowners who have paid their dues may use Lake Park amenities
• Appropriate attire is required including tennis shoes.
• Trash receptacles are provided please clean up after yourself, family or guests.
• Any homeowner who has paid their dues may enforce these rules and regulations.
• Anyone asked to leave who does not comply will be considered trespassing and may be removed by police or sheriff.
• Pet are not allowed in the tennis court area or in the tennis court.
• No glasses or breakable containers are allowed in the tennis court area.
• The tennis courts may be closed for maintenance, health conditions, weather, or any other reason decided by the board of directors.
• Tennis court hours are 8:000 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
To gain access to the tennis courts a security key is located on site to the right of the front gate. Keycode is 2165# Please input code and replace the key within the security box when finished play.
