


Pool Rules and Regulations
Admission to the pool shall be limited to the residents, their family and guests.
Only homeowners who have paid their dues may use Lake Park amenities. A key will be required for admission to the pool.
Children under the age of 17 will not be permitted in the pool area without an adult of 18 years of age or older.
The pool may be closed for maintenance, health conditions, weather, or any other reason decided by the board of directors.
Person with open cuts, wounds, sores or blisters may not use the pool due to health risks.
Take a shower before you enter the pool to remove any particles such as sand.
Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits. Regular diapers are not acceptable.
Pet are not allowed in the pool area or in the pool.
No glasses or breakable containers are allowed in the pool area.
No smoking is allowed in the pool area, club house, childrens playground area or bathrooms.
No food or drinks are allowed in the water or within 6 ft of the water.
No intoxicated persons are allowed in the pool area.
No cut off jean or street clothing is allowed in the pool. Appropriate swimwear must be worn.
Skateboards or bikes are not allowed in the pool area.
Be considerate of your neighbors. Think safety act, safely and teach your children and guests safe practices.
Anyone asked to leave who does not comply will be considered trespassing and may be removed by police or sheriff.
The telephone may be used only for 911 calls and not personal use.
HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Trash receptacles are provided please clean up after yourself, family or guests.
